I felt compelled to write to you in this time when it seems that service is a rare commodity if not a lost art all together. This week I hired a skip bin from you and the first thing that impressed me was on each occasion that I had to call your business I actually got to speak to a human being (first time) no “please press 1” for this or “leave a message and we will get back to you”.
I found the staff at Kwik Skips friendly and very helpful at all times; once again a rarity to feel like you were dealing with people that cared about what you wanted. Imagine how pleasantly surprised I was when my skip bin arrived on time as promised without fuss or any need for me to chase up. I wanted to thank you for giving me back some faith that service is still alive and well at least in some businesses in WA and to let you know that I would recommend you highly to anybody I encounter that is looking to hire a skip bin.
